Payment and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Pawtroglyphs for your dog training needs. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our payment and refund policies below.

Payment Policy

  • Payment Due: Payment for all training packages is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, but no later than 24 hours prior to start of our first session.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Venmo, Zelle, check or cash.

  • Package Expiration: All training sessions must be used within 90 days of the first scheduled session, unless otherwise arranged.

  • Late Payments: A late payment fee of 10% may be applied to overdue invoices. After 10 days an invoice is over due.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellations: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in the session being forfeited without refund.

  • Trainer Cancellations: In the rare event we must cancel or reschedule, we will offer alternative times or provide a full refund for the affected session if a suitable reschedule cannot be arranged.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds Before Training Begins: If you cancel a training package before your first session, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.

  • Partial Refunds: Once training has begun, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis based on the number of sessions completed and circumstances of cancellation.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Digital products, such as eBooks, workbooks, or guides, are non-refundable once delivered.

  • No Refunds After Program Completion: No refunds will be issued after the final session of any training program.
